Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains how vTech Solutions, reg. no. 558623526 (“we”), collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.
1. Who is responsible
vTech Solutions, reg. no. 558623526, Tel Aviv, Israel, is responsible for the information collected through this site. For any privacy matter, contact us at contact@vtech-solutions.net or +972-55-947-5166.
2. Information you give us
When you send the contact form, we receive your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you choose and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share with us.
If you use the AI assistant, the messages you type are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate answers. We don't save these conversations; they stay in your browser only until you close the tab. If you leave your details in the chat, we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, together with the conversation, by email.
You are not required by law to give us this information. Without a name, an email address and a message, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry.
3. Information collected automatically
We collect only limited technical information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies:
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics from Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: pages visited, referring site, country, device and browser type, and page-load performance. These tools do not use cookies and do not identify you.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
- A functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language, and a setting saved in your browser that remembers your light or dark theme. Neither is used for tracking or advertising.
4. How we use information
We use personal information only to:
- Reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes and proposals
- Answer your questions through the AI assistant
- Provide, set up and support our products and services if you become a client
- Understand how the site is used and improve it
- Protect the site and our systems against misuse, spam and attacks
- Meet our legal obligations
We will not send you marketing messages without your consent, as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Vercel Inc., for website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring
- Google LLC (Google Workspace and Gmail), for receiving and storing email, including contact form messages
- Google LLC (Gemini API), for generating the AI assistant's answers. Conversations are sent without being stored for later retrieval and, under Google's terms for paid services, are not used to improve Google's products. Google may keep them for a limited time to detect abuse.
These providers may store information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. We may also disclose information when required by law, a court order or a competent authority.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to handle them and to maintain our business relationship with you, and for any period required by law, for example for tax and accounting. After that we delete them. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.
7. Information security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the information is limited to the people who need it, and the contact form is protected against spam. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures, in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, to protect the information we hold.
8. Information in our products
Our clients use VICLOCK, vTech Management and the systems we build for them to manage information about their own employees and customers. That information belongs to the client, who decides how it is used; we process it on the client's behalf under our agreement with them. Questions about such information should first be addressed to the organisation that uses the system.
9. Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may:
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you (section 13)
- Ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14)
- Ask to be removed from any list used for direct mailing, and withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time (section 17F)
To make a request, contact us at contact@vtech-solutions.net. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time set by law.
10. Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
12. Contact
