1. About the site

The site presents information about vTech Solutions, our products (VICLOCK and vTech Management) and our services. The content is general information only. It is not a binding offer, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Prices, scope of work, timelines and service levels are agreed only in a written quote or agreement with each client. If anything on the site differs from such an agreement, the agreement prevails. We may change product features, services and the content of the site at any time.

All rights in the site, including its text, design, graphics, software and the vTech Solutions name and logo, belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Client logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use its content without our prior written permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Send false, misleading or unlawful information, or spam, through the contact form
• Try to access the site's systems without permission, disrupt its operation or introduce malicious code

These terms are published in Hebrew, English and Spanish. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
