Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 17, 2026
vTech Solutions wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and learn about our products and services independently. We designed and built the site with accessibility in mind, and we keep improving it.
1. Standard
The site was designed to conform with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. Where possible, we also follow WCAG 2.1.
2. What we have done
Accessibility features on the site include:
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every link, button and form field
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can convey the structure of each page
- Text alternatives for images and client logos; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text), in both the light and the dark theme
- Text that can be enlarged to 200% with browser zoom without losing content or function
- Animations that switch off automatically when your device is set to reduce motion
- A light and a dark theme, following your device setting or chosen manually
- A full right-to-left layout in Hebrew, with the language of each version declared
- Labelled contact form fields, with status messages announced to screen readers
- A responsive layout for phones, tablets and computers
3. How the site was checked
In October 2026 we reviewed the site in Hebrew, English and Spanish at phone, tablet and desktop widths: the colour contrast of all text, keyboard use, focus order and the mobile menu, in both themes. The site works best with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some pages or elements may not yet be fully accessible, and links to other websites are outside our control. If you find something that is not accessible, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. In-person service
We provide our services online and at our clients' premises, and we do not run a service location open to the public. If you would like to meet in person, tell us about any accessibility needs and we will arrange a suitable place.
6. Accessibility coordinator
If you have trouble using the site or a question about accessibility, contact our accessibility coordinator. Please describe the problem, the page where you found it, and the browser and any assistive technology you use. We will reply as soon as possible.
